Stillness isn’t the absence of activity—it’s the presence of intentional peace. Try a journal prompt like:
➡ “If rest was a friend, what would she tell me right now?”
➡ “What part of me is afraid to slow down?”

3. Reframe the Risk
Stopping feels risky—but so is staying in survival. Ask yourself:
➡ What will it cost me if I don’t learn how to pause?
➡ What could overflow look like if I finally did?

4. Create Rhythms, Not Rigid Routines
