Heeeeyyyy Reader,

I'll jump right into it today...

You'll be unrecognizable if you do this for 30 days:

HONOR YOUR BOUNDARIES!

I know, I know Reader - easier said than done, but I *pinky promise* you'll see a distinct difference in your mood, your relationships, what you can accomplish - I mean literally in every aspect of your life!

Lemme be clear, I don't mean:

  • Cut people off or out of your life
  • Being rude for no apparent reason
  • Using boundaries as a cop out for addressing issues
  • Using boundaries as an excuse for growth

I'm just gonna go ahead and bet that when you set your boundaries you had a reason... I'm gonna assume you didn't set boundaries out of spite and trust me Reader - I've heard all the excuses reasons why you feel you can't honor your boundaries.

"That's my mama I can't tell her to [insert thing you
definitely should tell her]"
"I feel smothered, but I don't want to hurt her feelings by telling her [insert action that drives you absolutely bonkers]"
"I have tried to tell them, but they won't listen"

That's why I created this micro-lesson (60 seconds) on how to say anything to anybody.

Sometimes, 30 days is all it takes to see a version of you that's truly unstoppable! Why? Because you're your biggest hinderance when it comes to making progress on your goals.

Here's my challenge to you for the next 30 days:

πŸ”Ή Commit to enforcing your boundaries daily. Boundaries don't serve you if you don't actually enforce them. I know many women who have set boundaries, but don't use their words to enforce the boundary!

πŸ”Ή Carve out 5-10 mins at the end of your day. Explore what it felt like to enforce your boundaries and be seen/valued/honored. Enforcing your boundaries doesn't have to cause conflict. In fact, when you enforce your boundaries your relationships grow because you're not holding back a piece of yourself out of resentment or spite.

πŸ”Ή Every Sunday spend time celebrating your wins & making necessary adjustments. Maybe you could have been nicer in how you said something or you missed a spot where you should have upheld your boundaries a bit better.

Seriously Reader, it's not about following the "protecting my peace" trend πŸ™„ It's about creating lasting habits and improving your overall wellness!
